How To Pay For Your Order:

Catalog orders must be prepaid. Payment may be made by charge card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), personal or club check, money order, or cashier’s check (U.S. dollars or current equivalent). Please send your check for Merchandise only; other payments due to Kiwanis should be made separately. Also, be sure your name and address appear on the check. No cash or C.O.D. orders will be accepted. Please don’t mail cash, coin, or stamps to pay for your order.

Please contact us within 5 days of your receipt of merchandise, and have your customer number and invoice or order number handy. Indiana Sales Tax:

INDIANA CLUBS AND MEMBERS must add 7% sales tax to merchandise orders including freight or furnish notice of sales tax exemption.

School Purchase Orders:

For speediest service, we recommend that you pay by charge card and present the invoice to your school for reimbursement. If your Key Club/Circle K/Builders Club/K-Kids Club is in a U.S. school, and if your school’s purchasing policy requires receipt of goods before payment will be processed, please mail or fax your school purchase order. We will bill on open account up to a maximum of $750 in orders for no more than 30 days. Our invoice will be shipped with your merchandise. Please forward the invoice to your accounts payable department immediately. Payment in full must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.

Gift Certificates:

The practical gift that’s perfect for everyone and any occasion. Gift certificates are available for all Kiwanis organizations in any amount $10.00 and over, and may be used for any merchandise purchase, including on-line orders. Item #10005.
