Shipping Policy

Orders may not be shipped to a postal box and require a contact telephone number. No order will be shipped without a contact telephone number.

All purchases require payment in US dollars (USD).

Standard Delivery:

We ship all in-stock merchandise within 5 business days upon receipt of your order. Orders are processed on a "first come, first served" basis. Customized items shipped directly from the manufacturers have shipping information included in the product description. Should you have special delivery instructions, please be sure to include this information when placing an order.

Shipping Advisory:

FedEx Smart Post uses the U.S. Postal Service for delivery from the nearest FedEx location to your shipping address. This method is available for packages over 1 lb. in weight but is NOT recommended for over 10 lbs. in weight or $100 in value.

Low value or orders weighing under 1 lb.: Shipping via U.S. Postal Service is a cost-effective option. Contact Member Services to arrange USPS delivery. Please note: USPS shipments are not insured, cannot be tracked and lost orders are not replaced.

International Orders and Delivery:

International deliveries are subject to duties and value-added taxes, which are set by and required by your respective government. All shipping, value-added taxes, and duties are to be paid by the recipient.

To save additional shipping and fees, all orders are shipped complete, including personalization and/or back ordered items. You may request items to be sent "as available", additional shipping and fees will be charged. For this option, please contact our Member Services department at memberservices@kiwanis.org.
