Returns: Unworn and unused items are eligible for return. Sales of customized products are final. 

  1. To start a return, log in to your account.  
  2. Open the document for the order that you want to return and select RETURN in the top right corner.  
  3. Enter the details of your return and click "Create Sale Return." 
  4. Repack the merchandise carefully. When possible, use the original carton and packing materials. Items broken due to poor packaging for return transit will not be refunded. 
  5. Include the original packing slip or order number for faster processing of your return. 
  6. If you need to exchange an item, a refund will be issued to your original order. Complete a new order if a replacement item is needed. 

We accept returns within six months of the date of purchase. If you request a refund: 

  • For orders paid with a credit card, a credit will be placed on your credit card account. (Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.) 
  • For orders paid with a gift code, a new gift code with the refunded amount will be provided to you as credit.

Shipping cost: A return label cost will be assessed for any returns. If a return is necessary because of an error with the original order, the fee will be waived. 

 Free literature orders: 

All literature items ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or least expensive shipping method. For expedited delivery, contact Member Services at 1-800-549-2647 (U.S. & Canada) or +1-317-875-8755 (all other areas). If you are attempting to order large quantities of free literature, please contact Member Services directly. Please note duplicate orders of free literature will not be fulfilled by our warehouse. 

State Sales Tax:

For clubs with state sales tax exemption, an exemption certificate is required prior to an order being placed. State law requires Kiwanis International to maintain a copy of the certificate on file. Contact Member Services for more information. 

Payment Methods:

All orders must be placed via credit card or gift card. The Kiwanis Family Store does not accept checks.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available in US$5-$100 amounts and are redeemable for any online merchandise order. Recipients will receive a gift code via email to redeem. 

Delivery Times:

In-stock orders ship within three business days. Customized items do not ship immediately and take an additional two to eight weeks. Check your order before paying to ensure that your personalization details are correct and the delivery window is acceptable. Expedited shipping methods do not include Saturday delivery unless otherwise noted. If overnight delivery is needed, email memberservices@kiwanis.org or call 1-800-549-2647. 

Ordering larger quantities than shown in inventory:
